SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Description
KOLIVO™ Technologies Inc. ("KOLIVO™", "we", "us", or "our") uses SMS to support low-volume, one-to-one business conversations between individual KOLIVO employees and customers, prospective customers, vendors, partners, contractors, and other business contacts who have consented to communicate by text message. Messages may include responses to inquiries, scheduling and appointment coordination, project or service coordination, requested follow-ups, customer support communications, and other individualized business correspondence. SMS messages are sent by individual KOLIVO employees from telephone numbers assigned to those employees. This program is not intended for bulk marketing, promotional broadcasts, automated messaging, API-generated messaging, or unsolicited mass outreach.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile telephone number to KOLIVO™ and expressly agreeing or requesting to communicate by SMS, you consent to receive one-to-one conversational text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, project, service, support request, or other business interaction with KOLIVO™. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any KOLIVO™ product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature and duration of your individual conversation with KOLIVO™.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless service plan. KOLIVO™ is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications from a KOLIVO™ number at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from that number unless you later opt back in. You may reply START to resume SMS communications where supported.
6. Help and Support

7. Privacy
KOLIVO™ respects your privacy. Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, and mobile opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the delivery or operation of our communications, where necessary to provide the service, or as otherwise required by law. Those providers may process information only for the purposes for which it was provided. 8. Availability
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside KOLIVO™ control. Delivery of a text message is not guaranteed.
9. Changes to These Terms
KOLIVO™ may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date shown above.
